These are a few fun suggestions to help pass the time while you travel.

-For those with different tastes in music, get CD players with headphones for each person so they can play their favorite CD or listen to a book.

-Brain teaser books that stimulate the mind are inexpensive and can be purchased at www.amazon.com

-A Travel Journal is an excellent way to remember the trip. Have the children write what they see and what they do along the journey. Get a disposable camera so they can take pictures & add them to the journal. Encourage them to be the photojournalist or the documentary photographer. They can even write silly stories about their experiences.

-Magnetic games like checkers

-Simon says is always a favorite to get rid of a little energy.

-Card games like Old Maid, Go Fish, Uno or Battle will keep them busy.
